Trying to be patient on what I assume is a busy Sunday or understaffed....I just wanted a ballpark price for one tire and have all the pertinent info necessary to check,.....I called three times and was put on hold each call....nearly 5 min wait each hold....trying to spend my money on local businesses....bummer off to Costco

I went in for a safety check on a Saturday morning and received prompt and courteous service. Although there were one or two cars in front of me my car was ready within an hour. Thanks Lex Brodie's for great service!

On 9/29/15 I went to the Pearlridge branch to get a safety check & AAA Car package & found out my car needed much repair or it would not pass inspection. The front desk workers arranged for a Rental car for my use so I could drive to work & fortunately return the rental & pick up my car before closing. Yes, they were indeed very expensive repairs but it was necessary. The Lex Brodie employees were very polite, understanding & helpful. I do bring my car for most repairs & service year round for these reasons. Thank u.

I had my appointment today at 1000 for brake replacement. and they started working on my car immediately. My quoted price did not change until the mechanic made me aware of a dangerously amount of rust on my calibrators. When i realized that it was going to be hard for me to pay this amount, the woman at the front desk informed me of the military discount that was available which ended up taking 111.00 dollars off of my bill. I ended up staying for 4 hours instead of 2 due to waiting on the part to be delivered from Honolulu, but I didn't mind at all because the environment was friendly and comfortable. the waiting room was very cool and air conditioned and they had a tv. so i wasn't bored. I have already gotten a quote to have 2 of my tires replaced from them. I feel that I am going to be part of the Lex Brodie's Ohana for the rest of my time here. Thanks again for the best customer service and amazing work on my car. Mahalo!!!

being in a rental car and being from outa town - with tire trouble is not a good thing the guys at Lex Brodie's - were extremely helpful - very professional in their actions.
