My boyfriend just had a couple things done on his car today. The customer service received was absolutely amazing and the prices are great. We made an appointment and it didn't take very long for them to do everything they needed to and quickly called to come pick up the car. I highly, highly recommend this location. Everything about it was wonderful.

Appt. = 7am Service started = 7:35am-ish When making appt. be clear about service timing. At check in, I was surprised to hear service timing would be about 2.5 hours. Thank goodness service completed within the hour. Friendly customer service = very good After service completion, remove service opala better.

Awesome work

I had punctured my tire on the curve as I was coming out of my work place and it was 5:50pm. I took the car in 10 minutes prior to the closing time but they still accommodated me even though there were other customers. They fixed my tire in less than 30 minutes. They showed excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you Lex Brodie's!

THE Queen Street location really went above and beyond. I work as Restaurant Manager, and can appreciate honest and sincere guest service. I brought my Honda civic in for loud noise while driving, and the salesman suggested tires. The noise was still there upon leaving (it was still loud!) and I went back the next day. It ended up being a wheel bearing. The supervisor was real receptive to my inquiry of the diagnosis process and how the core issue was not solved. The supervisor did the wheel bearing at no charge, and also gave me an oil change, wiper blades and an air filter at no charge. Although the wheel bearing would have been a lot cheaper than 4 tires and an alignment, I appreciate them trying to make it right. The car has NO noise while driving now, and I did not have to pay even more money to get what I thought I was originally going to get solved, when I initially came in and waited many hours for the first time around with the tires. Thank you, and I will be back and be a loyal customer. This was my second time using Lex Brodies in my 11 years living here on Oahu . Mahalo, and the ladies were very nice and multi tasking very well at your busy location, along with the managers and superisors.
