Service very good just had a long wait. Expected, no appointment. Ran over a screw and had to come in to check the tire. Overheard another couple. Husband was complaining about the long wait. They had appointment but don't think they understand or realize how long things take. He was not happy. Kept telling wife big mistake

Customer service was friendly. The process was efficient, but I do have complaints. I had chrome valve caps on my old tires. My new tires had cheap plastic ones.

Staff of queens lex bodies are very helpful with a smile and quick to respond on things we ask about. Aways on point when asking how long will it take for us customers to wait before our vehicle is done that way we have option to do other things and not just sit their for a long period of time.

Lex Brodie customer service is awesome, the service is awesome as well. All the staff is friendly and easy to work with. Hopefully, I don't have to use them too much in the future but if my car needs servicing, I most definitely take it there. thank you!
