People are very friendly . I was surprised that even with a set appointment it was an hour and a half wait for a flat repair. But I brought a book so it was fine. I'll make an earlier apt next time .

I went online and got a quote for new tires, then made myself an appointment. I show up 15 minutes early to check in. When I check in, I let them know I had a quote from online. That was ignored and they proceeded to manually input everything in. My bill came out to over $100 more. I was told the process would take 2 hours which was fine with me and proceeded to wait in the waiting room. 1.5 hours later, my car was still sitting in the lot and they only started because I brought it to their attention. There was no point in me making an appointment or going online for a quote. It took almost 4 hours for the whole process. It would not have been as bad if I was given a little notice or provided some sort of communication on status.

The guy that did my safety check was very professional and provided awesome customer service

There was a smudge of grease on the front passenger seat and the glove box door was left open instead of being closed. I also was not told about 45 series tires not having a road hazard warranty and the $25 per tire service charge. I found out after the installation by looking at the receipt.

They did a quick job and had the stock!!

Everyone is very helpful, when I am standing there someone always acknowledge me, an I appreciate the service when I come there for something with my car.

Good service. Morning drop off was slow and the girl was half asleep and it took longer than what it should have. After that, service was great. The lady that took care of the payment was great and efficient.
