Pretty sure I had a sudden battery problem. Didn't want to risk going to Costco and not being able to start my car. Luckily Lex Brodie is open on Sundays. They were not extremely busy and able to check and then change the battery. The price seemed high but I haven't bought a battery in a while. It was also peace of mind for my wife. A few months ago, also had hard time starting another car. I had the Kalihi branch check out the battery and all was was good. Haven't had problem since so I don't know if they did anything. No charge. I'll be back .

The great team here was able to diagnose my unusual car problem quickly and repair it in about two hours on a busy Saturday morning with an appointment. I liked being able to make an appointment online, which for me is a lot more convenient than calling in. Everyone at Lex Brodie's was kind and professional. The air-conditioned waiting room was comfortable, and the well-stocked, affordable vending machines and spacious, well maintained restroom facilities were appreciated. The gentleman who assisted me the most was Barney (I think that was his name - he told me a couple of times, but I'm not very good with names), and I felt like he really went above and beyond in his customer service and communication about every aspect of service. My two back tires were already showing the metal under the rubber and I was in need of replacing them asap! I was immediately greeted and taken care of and they really took good care of me! My son and I waited in the clean, a/c waiting room and he loved the fact that there was a good vending machine for food and drinks! It was his favorite lounge ever he said! Excellent customer service!
