I can't say enough good things about this establishment. My wife wrote a review about our experience here and I just have to add to my appreciation and amazement at the exceptional service and staff! I dropped off my vehicle at around 9am for a safety inspection and to fix my tire that had a nail in it. I was expecting a long wait and a boat load of issues. Instead, the car was done in about an hour and a half (it's the weekend, I'm OK with that) and I had no issues and they fixed the nail in my tire! The woman with whom I left my keys and car was so polite and kind to my family, she really made me feel at home and like a friend more than a customer. I will definitely tell everyone to head on over to Lex for their automotive needs!!!!

Cooper, store manager, has not returned my phone call of Tuesday, 11/17/15. Tire rotation was not completed in the normal time of 1.5 hours. I checked in at 8:22am and had to out by 10:00. No update by staff to inform me that work could not be completed on time, until an inquiry was made around 9:30.

I took my car in at the start of the work day. Even with customers ahead of me within 20 minutes I had an evaluation of what was probably wrong and an estimate of what it would cost me to repair same. Four hours later I receive a call that the work was finished. When I picked the car up the manager explained that there were a couple things that I should follow up on. The problems I came in with were resolved in a timely fashion and I got "extra" advice at the same time.

I had a flat tire, so AAA put the spare on my tire the night before and I drove to LB in the morning. My welcome was warm and sincere, there was a place to wait and read my book, AND the tire, with two punctures in it, was fixed for free! How wonderful! Mahalo plenty.

Lex Brodies is truly a standup, solid company. The female office manager and her crew provided outstanding customer service. She said she comes all the way from Pearl City because she likes the area customers and coworkers. Yeah, I think Windward peeps are better too :-) Trying to cut corner and save money, I bought tires from another shop who had poor equipment and damaged the inner brim of the tire during installation. I took my tire to Lex Brodies and they trouble shoot-ed and did a temporary fix. Lesson learned, Lex Brodies is worth it.

Best customer service ever! I went in thinking I need to replace my tire as the low pressure light kept coming on. They looked at my tire, it had a nail in it and patched for free! This is why I take all my cars there (3). I didn't even have an appointment on a Saturday morning! Can't find great, friendly customer service like this anymore! Thank you Lex Brodie!
