Service was good, nice waiting room. Only complaint is would like for them to be close to appt time rather than bringing car in and car sits for an hour. Just schedule me an hour later. Safety check shouldn't take 1 1/2 hr. However they did inform me when I checked in that it would take 1 1/2 hr., which they did. Don't know if it took long because it was a holiday.

I went to Lex Brodie's for a safety check with no appointment around 12noon. I was greeted promptly by Tatiana (sp?) who was very courteous. Got a call back in about an hour letting me know the car was done even though I told them I'd be back at 5:30. Great service as always!!!

Always treated with respect and they make sure I feel comfortable having the work done by them.

I was very upset and disappointed with the service and wait time 3 hours. Nobody should have to wait that long especially having an appointment that day and being told there were 4 cars ahead of me and I still would have to wait! I always had good service whenever I went there, but I don't want to go back and have the same problem again. It's not fair and I have been a customer for a long time! No one even bothered to tell me my car was done until I came out and saw my car on the side and the paper work was ready. I don't know how long it was sitting there.

They were able to accomodate me last minute with no hesitation. Thank you so much!!! The best team!
