Did a phenomenal job, will go to again if I need my tires done.

Excellent customer service. The two ladies in the front were so sweet and nice. They were so helpful when I was trying to figure out my new tires. The service was quick and far better than the competition across the street where I used to go. Definitely be back again!

I have never had a bad experience with Lex Brodie. It's like taking my car to my uncle or pop to have a look at it. Thank.

Vachelle (customer service agent) was excellent. We also had Barney who was also excellent in his service on a previous service date. Very happy with the customer service level at this location. I would return for future services.

This recent experience at the Kaneohe facility was terrible. I should preface this by saying my wife and I have brought our cars here for years and had great service in the past. The visit was for a front wheel alignment and oil change. Pretty simple (you would think). When driving to town the next day, the car pulled to the right. I had to hold the steering wheel 20 degrees off to the left to hold the car straight. I brought my car back, and the manager was very polite and had the mechanic "re-align" the front end. This time, it pulled to the left, and I had to hold the wheel 20 degrees to the right. I had to make a 3rd trip, to the Lex Brodie's in Kalihi, where they got it right. I left for a trip a day later and my wife noticed an oil sheen under the car. I had to bring the car back for a 4th time, as the oil pan gasket was bad and the tech didn't check. I lost half a quart of oil in 10 days. Who ever the mechanic was who worked on my car needs training or to be replaced.

Terrible experience. Had an appoint at 8am as part of AAA free vehicle inspect. 4hrs later nothing was done, not even on the life. Spoke to the manager a second time, he had someone take care of it right away...Had 4 new tires from costco, they said one tire needed to be replaced plus right rear brake pads (as if they wear differently) and more nonsense to the tune of $960,,,none of it made sense and the 39 point inspection clearly meant nothing since only a few things were checked off, Clearly they are there for the quickie tire sell and unnecessary services.... Had expected a good experience because of AAA, but LB is a nighmare.

NEVER AGAIN! I will never go to any Lex Brodie's! They are unorganized thieves, with terrible customer service. We brought our truck in on Thursday. It needed a new outer tie rod. So, we dropped off the truck. A day later they called and said the shocks needed to be replaced as well. We said okay, just fix it, no problem. They said it would be done by Saturday. We called them Saturday, it was still not done, they hadn't fixed the outer tie rod and they said they didn't have the shocks we needed. They only called ONE other shop to see if they had the parts. (After we got our truck back, we went to Napa auto parts, ordered the shocks and picked them up from the warehouse in an hour) we told Lex Brodie's, it's fine just do the outer tie rods and we will take it somewhere else. They said it won't be driveable, we would need to tow it. They said it would be ready by Monday. Our tow guy showed up on Monday, and the truck was still in pieces, not ready to be towed. We were furious. So I called Lex Brodie's, the woman that answered was extremely rude and transferred me to a voicemail. We had left 4 voicemails previously throughout the day, and they DID NOT call us back. After calling multiple times, I finally got ahold of someone. They said the truck would be ready by Tuesday. (3 days after the day it was supposed to be ready) .We had made the payment (over $300 for ONE outer tie rod) on Monday. We FINALLY picked it up Tuesday, and they told us to pay AGAIN! and they didn't believe us when we said we already paid! We had to show them our receipt or they weren't going to give us our truck back. Thankfully we had the receipt, they gave us our keys, we had it towed, and took it to our technician. We found out that they STOLE our original shocks, and replaced them with different shocks that were in WORSE condition! I have never been so upset with a company and we will never go back to Lex Brodie's.
