Staff made me feel important and comfortable. Mandy kept me updated as needs occurred as well as estimated cost. Definitely will return to the Waipahu location for car servicing, repairs and maintainence. Will also recommend Lex Brodie's to friends and family for car needs.

My tire blew out on the freeway coming back from Waipahu. After changing the spare I drove over to the Kalihi Lex Brodie's. I could have gone to the one in Pearlridge, but let's face it, Kalihi is my home and that's the store that knows me well. When I got there they chose the tires that best fit my car and that same day I drove home with new tires. I got to the station at 3:15 p.m. and still got home with new tires. Gotta love good service from people you know!

Jim at the front was awesome! He made my experience there easy and fast. You definately gained a loyal customer to the Waipahu location because of Jim.

Service was fast

I was upset when I went to pay for my safety check, to find out I had to pay an extra $5 because I had tint. The initial check in they did not tell me an extra charge. When I went to go pay for it they told me $19 for the safety check and additional $5 for tint and told me my front windows was 29%, when I told the cashier I have paperwork saying its 35% she said doesn't matter its tint. If they would have told me earlier about additional charges I would have no problem with that, but for $5 you have lost a customer over this.

Your company is a leader in customer service. I first went to the Queen St. location in 1977 to get tires. At that time I was impressed with the service and very helpful staff. That was 7 cars ago and I have been visiting that business ever since. Keep up the great work!

Leimomi went above and beyond normal Customer service, I deal with customers on a daily basis with my job and I know how much of a toll it can take on you but she is a true professional and a truely caring person. We were so impressed with her that we brought our other car to be serviced the very next week and got fantastic service again. We highly recommended taking your car to true professionals, so that means go to Lex Brodie's they are straight shooters!!

Friendly, courteous help upon arrival and service did not take long. Overall, excellent service and I will be back!
