Lex Brodie's - had 4 tires/tyres replaced a few months ago. All good - service was decent -then got a flat, no worries - went to put on the spare - find out they lost a regular bolt to my wheel so switched it with a completely different size, now can't take flat tire off. Go to the LB shop, ask for manager - tell him and he shrugs his shoulders and says must be because they lost your nut and replaced it with a different size. No sorry, no hey let me make it right, I asked if he could get me another as a replacement, explained my inconvenience. He replies 'I have no idea, maybe I can call NAPA' - wtf! I drive for Uber/Lyft and this put me out a few days work. I was stoked on their service before but this puts a bad taste in my mouth. Anyway, its being fixed for free and all four tyres rotated for free which was included with my original purchase anyway so nothing special there. Ultimately - check your car before you leave and make sure the wheels are 100% before you drive away.

The gentleman who helped me was outstanding in his service and communication. A keeper!

Dialed Kalihi store number (I thought), but got "call center". He tried to transfer the call to Kalihi store, but 3 times call was dropped - not connected to Kalihi. suggest improvement to call center if this is what business is using.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable. Work was done on time. However, selection of tires was limited for my car.

came back for an alignment- it Kevin did it in no time.. however no sticker put on car for next oil change as was stated would be done by 2 employees...
