Brought my car to Lex Brodie's and explained that my car was pulling to one side. Alignment was done and I was called to pick up my car. At check-out, nothing else was said to me and I was charged for the alignment service. After pulling the car out of the parking lot, I immediately noticed that there was no improvement at all in the vibration of the steering wheel and the car was still pulling significantly to one side. I felt I paid for the alignment service for nothing. I brought my car in to the shop again the next day and explained the problem. I was only told then that the difference in wear in the front tires is causing the shifting, so doing the alignment would not fix the problem. I was told I would need to get a new matching tire to fix the problem. I really wish Lex Brodie's could have informed me of the need for a new tire up front, not charging me for alignment that they knew was going to do nothing for me and then telling me after I bring the car back that oh, by the way, the alignment was a total waste of my money. I could've spent that money towards getting a new tire. I really rely and trust the professional evaluation and opinion of the mechanic when I bring my car in to a shop. In this case, I was very disappointed in the service and communication that I received.

Made online appt. arrived ahead of time. My car was not started on until 30 minutes of my appt. I was not informed when I checked in that they were running late. Three customers who came in after me left before me. They had the same service -- safety check. I was there 2 HOURS!!! Only after inquiring if there was a problem did they then inquire and I was informed that a safety check takes 1 1/2 hours!!!!! Really??? What the heck do they need 1 1/2 hours to do a safety check??? I was not happy being there for nearly two hours. Next time I'll go to a service station. It only takes 5 minutes.

Good efficient service as expected

I called ahead of coming in with my car,they had my tire pulled from the warehouse already, waiting for me ,and work order ready as well . That makes a Customer feel valued. That is why I give them my return business. Curtious and Friendly always! :)

The actual charge was 3 times higher than the quotation. Despite I provided all the information (maker, year, model)...

Was having problems with the battery in my 2000 4Runner ... Took it down to your honolulu store to be checked... Your crew down there found the problem told me what it was and didn't charge me anything... Y'all are AWESOME!!! Thank you LEX BRODIES...

Wonderful service as always - Mahalo!

The service was excellent and timely for me getting back on the road, HOWEVER, I was quoted a much lower price than what the actual bill was, almost double what I was quoted. All in all, I saved $100 from going to my dealership to fix. thanks.

Lex Brodie has always given me the best service for tires. I will never go anywhere else to get my flats fixed! Even if I don't have an appointment, the service manager is always willing to take me in, and the mechanics always treat me with respect. If anyone asks for my recommendation for fantastic service, I always say Lex Brodie's!
