Brought my car to Lex Brodie's and explained that my car was pulling to one side. Alignment was done and I was called to pick up my car. At check-out, nothing else was said to me and I was charged for the alignment service. After pulling the car out of the parking lot, I immediately noticed that there was no improvement at all in the vibration of the steering wheel and the car was still pulling significantly to one side. I felt I paid for the alignment service for nothing. I brought my car in to the shop again the next day and explained the problem. I was only told then that the difference in wear in the front tires is causing the shifting, so doing the alignment would not fix the problem. I was told I would need to get a new matching tire to fix the problem. I really wish Lex Brodie's could have informed me of the need for a new tire up front, not charging me for alignment that they knew was going to do nothing for me and then telling me after I bring the car back that oh, by the way, the alignment was a total waste of my money. I could've spent that money towards getting a new tire. I really rely and trust the professional evaluation and opinion of the mechanic when I bring my car in to a shop. In this case, I was very disappointed in the service and communication that I received.
