I do not understand the purpose of making an appointment for service. It appears that the only reason to make an appointment is to make sure your car will be accepted for servicing as compared to just walking in. Having an appointment does not mean your car would be serviced shortly after bringing it in. I had to wait over 3 hours for alignment, balancing, and rotation of the tires, which should take less than an hour to do. It took your staff less than 15 minutes to balance and rotate the tires as I was present to watch them do it. However, the car was not initially serviced (i.e., tire alignment) until well over 2 hours after bringing it in. The long wait does not make sense, especially since an appointment was made. You could argue that this was a one-time fluke in terms of the wait time, but it does not appear to be the case as this was the second time in a week I brought in one of my cars for servicing. The first time, the wait was just as long. If this trend continues, I am planning to take my cars elsewhere for tire related servicing. On the positive side, the staff was very courteous and took time to answer my questions.
