Honolulu, HI
I recently (12DEC15) had an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment done at your Honolulu location. First I'd like to say that I don't usually go to the Honolulu store even though I live a few blocks from that location. The first time I went it took over two hours to do an oil change there. I do frequent your Aiea location though because they are fast and they have great attention to detail. As an example when I was replacing my suspension at the Aiea location the noticed my tires were badly damaged on the inside and were quick to bring it to my attention. This not only possibly saved me an auto accident but saved me and my son's life in a worst case scenario. However my recent trip to the Honolulu location was the exact opposite. Not only did they not inspect my undercarriage knowing I had some concerns that I expressed to them but they completely missed that my intake was loose, not connected to anything and my bracket holding my intake was hanging by one bolt. This was an obvious find. They also placed a sticker in my window stating my next oil change was over 7000 miles from my current mileage. If they can't catch obvious defect and place stickers with automated mileage correctly I began to wonder what else can they miss. Needless to say I will not be going back to that location ever again. I'll drive the extra 15 miles to have my car done right or simply take my business elsewhere. I have the 2.5 year alignment warranty under this company so I'm stuck there but I'll go to Aiea from now on. I am worried that another customer might not be as lucky as me and have a serious incident due to a half ass inspection. Thank you Mr. Williams but it's ok, I'll just go to the other store. I simply don't have these issues there and they aren't afraid to go the extra mile and check items that are not normally checked. Have a merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you and your staff.
