After service - could not find customer comment eform online (form noted on hanging card on rear view window. Problems w/ service: 1. Made an online appointment for an oil change. Site had opening for 7 am on Sunday. Signed up. Problem - Store does not open until 9 am. 2. Changed appointment to 9 am. Dropped vehicle off at 9 am. Was told it would be ready in 90 minutes. Told they would call when pau. Had to call to find out status of vehicle. At 11:30 they said they were working on vehicle. Went down at about 1:30 assuming it was done. Vehicle was not done until 2:30 pm. 3. Problem with invoice - service schedule, mileage, etc. not updated on invoice. 4. Form indicating that tech did inspection check list NOT included. Which in the past was included. Assume it was not done. Overall rating - poor.
