Fast and well done.

I've gone to Lex Brody about four times and every time I go, I receive excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly. I've only gotten oil changes, and nothing to complain about for that.

Truck was repaired on a timely manner. Very satisfied with service.

I have been to dealerships in the past but the service, professionalism, and quality work at fair market price provided by the Lex Brody people are heads and shoulders above the rest. From the manager to the mechanics to the reception desk girls they was all da bes....no ka oi... supa nice .. I feel safe now with a new master cylinder and brake lines in place. I will be sure when time comes to bring my other 3 old school cars. Mahalo

My 8am appointment which was prearranged by computor went great. I had reminders about my appointment thru email and also by my cell phone. The service by Mr. Robt. I needed to take care a nail in my tire that was causing a slow leak. Because I was to report for Jury duty the following week, I needed to take care that right away. My first thought was Lex Brodie because the cars I had in the past, I always went to Lex Brodie (downtown branch) for real expert service. The Pearlridge person, while examining my flast tire on my 2012 Nissan murano told me my "low performance toyo" tires thread on the other 3 tires were bad. So I ask about Michilen tires (my favorite on my past cars), and I four of them installed. Again i enjoyed my trip to a Lex brodie tire branch.

Serviceing took a long time which was hard during the holidays with so much to do and no car. The staff was very helpful and friendly which did make it a little easier.

I called to ask if they could fix a slow leak in my tire. They said they were busy but bring it in. They did it in less than an hour. Employees are so friendly and make you feel welcome. Orson M.

I got a flat on H1 and was towed to lex Brodie's in Waipahu. The staff is very courteous. It was pretty busy, but they managed to change my tire in about an hour. The girl at the front desk told me they couldn't patch the tire and a new one would be $210. I ended up getting the tire patched for $27 at another tire place.
