COSTCO NEEDS TO REFER SOMEWHERE ELSE

Charlie and her team were awesome. They listened to my concerns and were able to relate these concerns to their mechanics. I always feel I receive great service at a fair price . They have earned my trust

Guys there are super helpful and friendly. Parking a bit confusing but they havent said anything yet. I had the annoying OEM lugs, the ones with a sheet metal cover that strips, tears and dents as soon as you put a tire iron to it. They helped me install new lugs since I don't have the tools they do. I also had my tires replaced since one of my tires decided to clean up the streets by picking up a screw. By the time I noticed and delt with it, they recommended but let me decide on getting new tires or not. Waiting lounge was clean and comfortable. I was able to get some work done while I waited. I'll probably go to them again for more work.

I brought our Nissan Frontier in for 4 tires. I like coming to Lex Brodie Aiea. I made my appointment with Charlie who was very kind and polite, made my appointment and had the tires put on. When it was ready to be picked up the tires and rims looked great! The price was fair and they dont charge for things you dont need. When picking it up the staff members I dealt with were also kind and helpful. With all the bad rains and storms it is best to have good tires and wipers! Thank you very much.

Took my 2016 Honda Pilot in for rear brakes, brake fluid flush, and alignment (Saturday 7:30 AM drop-off, done same day). They called before replacing the rotors as promised, and the alignment printout showed everything in spec. Straightforward experience, satisfied with the work. Thank you, Ronnell, Paka and Jordan.

Poor customer service, so bad that I left. I stood in line while three girls at their computer couldn't even acknowledge me. After 5 minutes of waiting and watching them ignore phone calls and just stare at their computers, I left. If you can't even acknowledge a customer with all your signs telling folks where the line is… it's a huge indicator that you are prioritizing the wrong thing. I use to work in customer service and a simple “we will be right with you” goes an extremely long way to acknowledge the customer service. Studies have shown customers are willing to wait a lot longer in line or even be more satisfied if they are acknowledged.

Honestly, this was one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve ever had at a business. We bought four tires from Lex Brodie’s Waipahu. One of those tires developed a leak, and we ended up bringing that SAME tire back FOUR times because the problem kept happening. We eventually took it to Goodyear, where they inspected it and told us that the tire could not be patched in that area again and needed to be replaced. They didn’t even charge us for the inspection. When we returned to Lex Brodie’s, I asked if the person I was speaking with was the manager and calmly explained that this was the same tire we had already brought in four times. I simply asked him to please make sure it was thoroughly checked because the leak kept coming back and Goodyear had already recommended replacing it. While I was speaking directly to the manager, the receptionist interrupted and started accusing me of lying. She insisted that it had been different tires every time, which was simply not true. It was the same tire. What shocked me even more was that the manager stood there and heard his employee repeatedly call a customer a liar and did nothing to stop it. He simply said they would let us know once they figured out what happened to the tire, while she continued being rude and telling me I was lying. After FOUR visits for the same tire, I don’t think asking the manager to make sure it was properly inspected was unreasonable. They ultimately replaced the tire, but the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. A customer should be able to question a repeated problem with something they paid for without being called a liar—especially in front of a manager who allows it to continue. If being treated with basic respect and professionalism matters to you, I would avoid this location.

I had a really great experience here!Angelo, my tire tech, and Charlie, my salesperson, were both amazing from start to finish. Charlie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he made the whole process easy and stress free. Angelo did an excellent job installing all of my new tires, and Brad took care of my alignment. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how everyone made sure everything was done right. The customer service was outstanding, and I never felt rushed or pressured. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and made the entire experience smooth. My car drives great, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Huge thank you to Angelo, Charlie, and Brad for going above and beyond! It’s hard to find this level of customer service anymore, and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others. Five stars!
