They took me last minute on a Saturday for a safety check and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Everyone there was helpful and very friendly. I originally went to the Nimitz location on the spur of the moment. Since they only do them Monday - Friday, the associate made a point of calling the Queen Street location to see if they could take me, which they did. I am very happy and will definitely use them again.

Kevin was top notch in his Customer service skills. Very helpful and so energetic. Could tell he enjoyed his job. Gina was just as great with her swift service.

This was my first time going to Lex Brodie's. It was a very easy and quick appointment. I was 10 minutes early and was seen right away and the staff was very friendly. I was there to get a safety inspection, I was there for only about 20 minutes! This was my first time doing a safety check in Hawaii and I was afraid it was going to be a hectic process, but the people at Lex Brodie's made it pain-free!

Very professional service, yet personable. Online reservation was effortless and timely reminders were excellent. Greeted and attended to in friendly manner. Service was quick and preventive maintenance checklist was very useful. Smooth operation.

Received great service from the staff I interacted with. Waipahu contacted me the day before my appointment to say they could do the oil change, but that they could no longer do my safety check. I didn't have the time to take my car to multiple places so I called Pearlridge and ended up talking to Freddie. He said he would squeeze me in which was such as big help as my safety check was going to expire and I had an upcoming trip. The rest of the folks I dealt with when I brought my car in were very helpful. Excellent staff!

I waited well over three hours to get a flat fixed. I was told the wait might be over two hours, so I was prepared. What I wasn't prepared for was that I requested that the other three tires be checked bc I had driven through a construction site and I wanted to make sure my other tires were safe. The worker did not check the other tires. When I went to pay I asked if the tires had been checked. I said I specifically asked the woman who checked me in to inspect them for screws or nails. She had circled the drawing of the car on the work order. The man who worked on my car said he didn't know what that circle meant. He said he checked the tire pressure and I told him that wouldn't help bc I had just filled the tires with air before driving there. So he said, "Do you want me to check the tires?", and I said , "Yes, because that's what I came for and asked for!" So then I had to wait at least 25 more minutes to have the tires checked. Worst experience ever. Never would have happened when Lex Brodie was around - I always had great service before. I won't return. Extremely unsatisfied with the service.
