The initial check in and salesman was good and the quality of the work can't be rated at this time. The girl who checked me out was less than friendly. She never went over what she was ringing me up for, never said thank you, just "sign here". Never prompted to give me my keys to the car. I had to ask for it. And when she did give it to me, she never told me where it was. So as I stood there, she just looked at me. I had to ask where it was and she just pointed "over there". When I went to my car, it was blocked in. There was a man nice alert enough to offer to move the other cars blocking my way.

Great customer service! The guys here were friendly, honest, and knowledgable. Troy helped us out with the alignment of my suv. He knew and let us know the best options for our car. He kept us informed about everything and was genuinely honest. Definitely would recommended this firestone. This location is great because it's right across pearlridge, so you can check out the mall while you wait.

Leimomi was very professional, friendly and helpful. She was very accommodating. She told me approximately how long the free 40-point AAA Service would take so I brought my computer and MiFi along to do some work while I waited. The actual servicing was great and they didn't try to sell me anything.
