Beware and check the completed work! My wife took the car in for a tire check and was sold an oil change service. After the oil change, the car was leaking oil so our personal mechanic took a look and found out the drain plug was screwed only by a few threads (forgot to do the final tightening). Luckily, we caught this before the plug fell out and possibly losing the engine. We are long time Lex Brodie customers but am re-thinking about going back since this event. Lex Brodie Management: if you're reading this, need to do a final QA/QC before turning the car back to the customer...thank you very much!

It took over 5 hours to get four new tires. Lex is rolling over in his grave. Then as I drove away the low tire pressure warning light came on. I have had the car back three times to correct this and they are unable to do anything. I now have to take it to the dealer, and believe me, I will present Lex Brodie's with the bill for this repair.

Once again, excellent service!! I asked for a couple of added checks with our car such as a 'banging' sound in a wheel well at the last minute and they jumped right on it.

forgot to put sticker on my window for my next tire rotation

I had them install aftermarket rims and new tires on my Jeep Liberty. They did an awesome job. It looks great and the rims don't have one scratch or nick (something you may worry about with some shops). It took a little longer than expected but they were very nice about it and I am happy they took their time to do it right. I wil be returning for other services.

Chelsea was the best! I will definitely come back just because of her! She was friendly, helpful and enjoyable to talk to! I will also recommend Lex Brodies Pearlridge to everyone!
