When I dropped off my car, They were going to call me on a finishing estimate time but they did not. After 4 hours later, I called and they told me that they were finishing up. A little disappointed with no communication. I had to rearrange my ride to pick my car up.

5 stars. Consistently superb, professional service, from a 46 year customer. Won't even consider other tire service companies. Called yesterday AM after noticing a bulged sidewall, thanks to the "off-road" course previously known as Kamehameha Highway. Granted a 9 AM appointment, and was outta there at 9:55; new tire mounted, balanced, and installed; all four wheels rotated to ensure proper/equal tread depth on each axle. Service performed with a smile, and very responsive to an exigent request for help because it was a safety issue. Couldn't have had better service anywhere.
