Staffs are very friendly, supportive and very helpful. I have a very great service from Honolulu Branch. I definetely return again. Also fast serrvice, even if they said waiting is hour. I made my appointment online and it was very convenient. Since it was the last day of the month, there were a lot of safety checks going on and it took almost two hours but it was expected. Very friendly and helpful service.

The Services are always good!

Although the overall service was exceptional I did have to wait for an additional half hour to 45 minutes for a fluid and tire check that I had requested. There was a miscommunication between the service folks and the ones providing the final invoice.

Top notch work and total professionalism. Another great experience at Lex Brodie's!
