Rear tire began leaking fast. Thank goodness Lex Brodie's was open. Jim provided excellent customer service and expedited the work on my tire. Thanks!

People are always helpful even though it is very busy there most of the time. Work is done timely and I feel like they do a good job. I go here every time I need service on my cars.

made a appt for a safety check, later on that day I could see I couldn't meet the scheduled time, I called to move it back an hour and Vachelle said we can accommodate my schedule. that was great being flexible, I didn't mine waiting longer, because it was a last minute change, but they still got me in and out within 1 hour

Got my safety check done on a Sunday - called all around, Lex Brodie's was the only place that could do it. Very pleasant, professional help. They said it could take up to 1.5 hours - got it done in 30.

After service - could not find customer comment eform online (form noted on hanging card on rear view window. Problems w/ service: 1. Made an online appointment for an oil change. Site had opening for 7 am on Sunday. Signed up. Problem - Store does not open until 9 am. 2. Changed appointment to 9 am. Dropped vehicle off at 9 am. Was told it would be ready in 90 minutes. Told they would call when pau. Had to call to find out status of vehicle. At 11:30 they said they were working on vehicle. Went down at about 1:30 assuming it was done. Vehicle was not done until 2:30 pm. 3. Problem with invoice - service schedule, mileage, etc. not updated on invoice. 4. Form indicating that tech did inspection check list NOT included. Which in the past was included. Assume it was not done. Overall rating - poor.
