I had an appointment at 3:30 for 4 new tires, and the car was not ready until almost 6:00, even though it was promised at 5:30. I asked for an alignment check and to let me know if it needs an alignment - the agent pushed for me to commit to an alignment if needed. It turns out the alignment was done for less than .2 degrees out of spec. in one parameter. I would have skipped the alignment if I had the choice.

Got a second opinion here after a bad experience elsewhere and saved myself over $500. Obviously I'm coming here first next time. Honest mechanics are hard to find!

Mandee Akiona has excellent customer service skills! I was NOT in a good mood at all. ((Woke up at 4am and had a really long day with nothing to eat but a pop tart at 6am))((it was already 4pm when I got to lex brodies)). She gave us quotes for tire options. And she never got irritated that I was trying to price out the cheapest option. She never tried to push nothing on us. Never made it like we had to hurry up. She let us talk about what we wanted to do. And then they did extra to fit regular tires cuz I didn't wanna get more low profile ones. Lol... But they made sure it was safe and I got the best deal they had. That was today. I came mad and irritated but left happy and content. Today also the man cleaned my tire rims too. THANK YOU! ...I've come here in the past and each time I come they all treat me with great respect ((which I appreciate a lot)) and excellent customer service.

Had 2pm appt for oil change and tire rotation. Waited in lounge area for service to be completed. Completion was 3:15pm. Did not expect to have to wait so long for work to be done.

Service tech was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. I was totally satisfied, In fact, the experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you........very much!
