It was my first time to get a safety check at this place. I was happy to find out that appointments can be made and that the service was done on time. I will bring my boss' car here for his next round of safety check. My only comment is that my wipers were not checked. I did not see the usual line that would mark my windshield. I know this because my car was dusty. Thank goodness it is working properly but what if someone elses' car had a broken wiper? Would they have let it passed? I think these things should not be taken for granted for the safety of all drivers out there. Thank you.

Lex Brody's in Kaneohe disproved my ingrained belief that all auto shops are out to take advantage of the customer and cannot keep to a schedule. I took my car here for a safety inspection after scheduling it online. I was seen promptly upon driving up and when they told me my car would take around 45 minutes to complete, I walked over to the mall expecting to have several hours. Not the case. I was contacted 42 minutes later saying my car was finished. The payment process was seamless and fast. I would recommend this shop for safety inspections and if I ever need anything else done with my car, I feel comfortable coming back here. Thank you Lex Brody employees for making this a positive experience!
