Lex Brodie's has been very helpful in keeping my old but much-loved pickup truck going! Mahalo!

Waited over two hours from my appt time for safety check, wheel alignment (which was under warranty), tire rotation and balance. My car was driven out of the shop after doing the tire rotation and performing part of the safety check. After about 30 minutes, I followed up on the status. All that needed to be done was to take photos of my car and put on the new safety check sticker. Although they adjusted my bill so that I would not pay anything, I was disappointed with this visit. I understand they were short-staffed that day but held a meeting during a very busy time. I'm in the hospitality industry so I try to be understanding & patient about the lack of service. Thanks to the girl (sorry, I didn't get her name) that took care of me in the end. And, mahalo for the complimentary coffee.

The staff was very helpful at resolving a misunderstanding on my part of the service that was needed, resulting in a significant savings on my part. Well done!

I'm so pleased with the service I received at the Honolulu location. Eddie was so helpful & very polite. I dropped my car off at 8:30 & wasn't expecting it to be done until 11:30. I got a call at 10:30 & my car was already done! I wish I'd brought my car here sooner, I couldn't be happier.

Brought my car in for a brake check, was told over the phone that they will check the car as soon as I bring it in. Waited a hour and a half and they did not even start to check for problems to my car, decided to take the car somewhere else at that point. I will never go there again!!
