I called two different places to find out if they had my size tires in Michelins, the response I got was, we have to order it. I called Lex Brodie and I was pleased to be informed the size and bran tires I requested was available. I immediately drove to Lex Brodie. When I arrived at Lex Brodie I was greeted with the spirit of Aloha. I didn't have an appointment and I didn't mine waiting. Thank You Lex Brodie for being there when I needed immediate service.

Entire staff from beginning to end extremely friendly and courteous. I was very impressed with their customer service that was extended to all the customers. My vehicle needed extensive work and your staff and management sought to my needs offering the services of a temporary rental car while my car was being worked on. The work to my vehicle was exceptional.

I am so thankful for the wonderful service I had at Lex Brodie. My daughter's tire was slightly damaged, most likely from driving through a pothole. I brought it to Lex Brodie, where it was determined that it would not have to be changed and that it was still safe to drive with it. I asked them to rotate the damaged tire from the front of the car, to the rear for safety sake (in case of a potential future blow out). They did this at no charge. What a welcome surprise! Not something you find often in Hawaii anymore. I will definitely come to Lex Brodie again when I need to service my tires.

Took my truck for the fixed forever brakes. They ended up having to replace the rotors and flushing the fluid. Ended up paying double the amount of what the coupon says. Seems like they always try to stiff you with hidden cost that your are not able to decline. Also my brakes are still a little squeaking when I brake. I felt ripped off and bilked by the coupon.

Called Lex Brodie-Honolulu, spoke to Richard and he didn't hesitate to bring my car asap. The service to repair my flat was quick. Thank you Richard and staff for your great service. Aloha!
