Sione, Thank you from the beginning, your professionalism, courteous, informative and a gentleman. I brought my daughters car in for a safety check then came back within the hour. You then went to get her car that was sitting out in the hot sun and brought it into the shade in front by the cash register. Great service. made a appt for a safety check, later on that day I could see I couldn't meet the scheduled time, I called to move it back an hour and Vachelle said we can accommodate my schedule. that was great being flexible, I didn't mine waiting longer, because it was a last minute change, but they still got me in and out within 1 hour

Got my safety check done on a Sunday - called all around, Lex Brodie's was the only place that could do it. Very pleasant, professional help. They said it could take up to 1.5 hours - got it done in 30.

After service - could not find customer comment eform online (form noted on hanging card on rear view window. Problems w/ service: 1. Made an online appointment for an oil change. Site had opening for 7 am on Sunday. Signed up. Problem - Store does not open until 9 am. 2. Changed appointment to 9 am. Dropped vehicle off at 9 am. Was told it would be ready in 90 minutes. Told they would call when pau. Had to call to find out status of vehicle. At 11:30 they said they were working on vehicle. Went down at about 1:30 assuming it was done. Vehicle was not done until 2:30 pm. 3. Problem with invoice - service schedule, mileage, etc. not updated on invoice. 4. Form indicating that tech did inspection check list NOT included. Which in the past was included. Assume it was not done. Overall rating - poor.
