I had new tires installed and the crew followed all of my special requests without any challenges. My appointment time from start to finish took less then 2 hours. I have been coming to Lex Brodies for over 40 years. I once "busted" tires here as a teenager so I appreciate the service that the company provides.

I knew that I would need new tires soon, so I began shopping around. Of course, I first checked Costco however, they did not have the tires I wanted in stock. I would have to order them and then schedule installation when they arrived. On Sunday I happened to be looking at the Lex Brodie website, clicked something and a messaging box opened up. I figured I'd ask if they would match Costco's pricing and see how close I could get to that price. Let me tell you if you are in the market for new tires... it was PRETTY DANG CLOSE! AND I got my tires installed that very SAME DAY. I quickly received a message from Scott W who politely walked me through all of my many questions. Scott shared that they would match the per-tire price and the dollar-off coupon. I did have to pay $120 ($30 per tire) for installation fees but Scott also shared some other Lex discounts. Actually, once I receive my Rebate offer of $40, I net out to paying maybe $10 more than Costco. But, here is what made a huge difference. When I looked at their appointments online they actually had several openings that day and Scott confirmed that they in fact DO have the tires in stock. So although I did spend quite some time with Scott messaging back and forth I only spent 10 minutes to book my estimate/appointment online and received a $40 discount just for doing that. Another 10 minutes to check in my car for a 2:00 p.m. appointment. Then by 3:30 p.m. I got the call that my car was ready for pick-up. For many people just the time savings alone is a huge win. Also while there they were very friendly and professional, Maile went over my invoice with me to show that they did the price match and that other discounts were added in. FYI - doing the rebate online is super easy also! The only regret I have is that the Michelin Defender 2s I chose were said to be "quiet" according to many reviews, but they are far from it. That's on me though as I chose a Touring tire instead of going with a Grand Touring which may have given me a much quieter ride. Bought a used car with a questionable title/registration issue and one of their excellent technicians patiently walked me through the process to get the vehicle legal again. When I went back for a safety check and 5 new tires, Charlemaine patiently walked me through a very informative tire selection process, got me the best tires for my car at the very best price, made sure even the spare had the TPMS installed, and then surprised me with an additional discount when I picked up the car. Have been a customer for over 20 years, and I continue to be more impressed every time I visit this shop! Such nice people!

I HAD AN APPOINMENT SCHEDULED FOR 2PM. I DROPPED THE CAR OFF AT 1:30PM. THE CAR WASNT TOUCHED UNTIL 6:15PM AND FINISHED AFTER 7:15PM. THIS CAUSED ME TO MISS WORK AND AN ENTIRE DAYS PAY. I HAD ORIGINALLY GONE TO LEX BRODYS IN AIEA, THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT ALIGN MY VEHICLE BE CAUSE THEY HAD NO LIFT TO DO IT. NOT ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES TOLD ME YOU HAD A LIFT AT THE QUEEN STREET LOCATION. TALK ABOUT BAD SERVICE! I HAD TO FIND OUT FROM AN EMPLOYEE AT GOOD YEAR THAT LEX BRODYS HAD A LIFT TO DO MY ALIGNMENT ON MY TESLA. WHILE I WAS THERE AT YOUR QUEEN STREET LOCATION, I WAS STOLD SEVERAL TIMES MY CAR WOULD BE NEXT, 2 HRS LATER MY CAR STILL WANSNT TOUCHED OR SERVICED. DISSAPOINTING THIS ICONIC COMPANY HAS NOW BECOME HORRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Lex Brodie never disappoints. They always deliver bad new gently. Open on Sunday. Near the bus stop. Great customer service and communication.

They do exactly what they tell you, along with the estimate. They are professional and appreciate their hard work and customer service from the office staff.

I booked an appointment online the night before and was able to bring in my car the next morning. Jake assisted with getting me checked in and was helpful in what work I needed done on my tires. He called about an hour into the appointment to provide an update and advised on getting other services done. Overall, great experience and quick service!

I had trouble getting a safety inspection done anywhere from wahiawa to Waipio between the technicians not being there etc etc, but I came to lex Brodie’s Waipahu location, and despite there being a wait, they got me in without an appointment, and even squeezed me in sooner than expected. I’d like to specifically thank Ms Leialoha for her help.

I brought my car in for safety check, I understand that business are busy and scheduling appointments is important. I had scheduled my appointment for 8 am, I arrived at 7.45, checked in and waited as instructed. There were three of us in waiting room. I know wait time for my appointment is typically between 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour. I notice my care near the air filling area with number 2a on my roof. All paperwork for the inspection was on my dash. At 9 am I walked outside and checked the rear for a possible safety sticker, none was attached. At 9.25 I checked again and nothing was done. I was looking around for the person who I checked in with and could not locate him, at one point I saw him and he disappeared somewhere in the shop. (Jack I presumed his name not sure) I walked back to my car and decided to cancel my appointment and re-schedule. I removed the number and work order and started to proceed to the office, which at that moment a female worker asked, are u going somewhere, I mentioned I had an 8 am appointment and it's 9:30 and nothing was being done. She mentioned, our inspector is coming in late. (which no one informed me of your situation). She pulled another technician from an oil change, whom can also do the inspection. He completed the inspection in a timely manner. She was helpful with my situation. As I sat in your waiting area, I read you sign, indicating doing the job right for the first time and all your services provided to customers. This is my first time I've encountered this, though I'll continue to use your service. this is not a black eye on you, just wished someone would have kept me informed. Kalani
