I brought my car in for safety check, I understand that business are busy and scheduling appointments is important. I had scheduled my appointment for 8 am, I arrived at 7.45, checked in and waited as instructed. There were three of us in waiting room. I know wait time for my appointment is typically between 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour. I notice my care near the air filling area with number 2a on my roof. All paperwork for the inspection was on my dash. At 9 am I walked outside and checked the rear for a possible safety sticker, none was attached. At 9.25 I checked again and nothing was done. I was looking around for the person who I checked in with and could not locate him, at one point I saw him and he disappeared somewhere in the shop. (Jack I presumed his name not sure) I walked back to my car and decided to cancel my appointment and re-schedule. I removed the number and work order and started to proceed to the office, which at that moment a female worker asked, are u going somewhere, I mentioned I had an 8 am appointment and it's 9:30 and nothing was being done. She mentioned, our inspector is coming in late. (which no one informed me of your situation). She pulled another technician from an oil change, whom can also do the inspection. He completed the inspection in a timely manner. She was helpful with my situation. As I sat in your waiting area, I read you sign, indicating doing the job right for the first time and all your services provided to customers. This is my first time I've encountered this, though I'll continue to use your service. this is not a black eye on you, just wished someone would have kept me informed. Kalani
