Leimomi was very professional, friendly and helpful. She was very accommodating. She told me approximately how long the free 40-point AAA Service would take so I brought my computer and MiFi along to do some work while I waited. The actual servicing was great and they didn't try to sell me anything.

I am redoing my review since Lex Brodies called me this morning and refunded the diagnostic fee. I appreciate that they value customer satisfaction and would utilize their services again because of this.

Good Service and Good Work

My car broke down and needed to be towed. I called and explained what happened and asked if you did all repairs and was told yes. Paid 150 for diagnostic just to be told that you are unable to fix it and take it to the dealer, wasted $220.

Stephen, Sam and Paige were wonderful. They work so hard, yet are very calm under pressure. I like the text feature that reminded me of my appointment.

Staff was courteous and attentive. I was not very happy with the overall experience as I had scheduled online for a 9 am safety check and had even been sent reminders of the 9 am appointment. Yet, when I checked in, the computer had me for 10 am. The staff checking me in said it would be no problem and they would get it done quickly. After waiting until a little after 10, my car had not even been touched. I then inquired and they got someone on it right away and within 15 mins I was done. I wish I had inquired earlier.

The initial meeting to set an appointment was excellent and the estimation was good. The tires had to be delivered from another location so a date was set for the work to be done. Which was fine as we all agreed on the date. However, when I arrived on that date I was told that the tires were not delivered and will have to wait for them. It took a little longer to complete my car and the staff were very apologetic about the longer time involved. Over all the work and staff were very good in taking care of my tires and alignment check.
