From the moment I called the young woman (Serena) that answered was extremely helpful and efficient. She ordered my tires to be delivered that same day and called me as soon as it arrived to schedule an appointment. As soon as I walked in every associate greeted me with a smile and treated me as a valuable customer. I waited 1-1/2 hours versus Costco's wait time would have been 4 hours and I would have had to wait 4 weeks for my BMW tires to be shipped. Oh, and Costco said I would have had to go online and ordered it myself. Needless to say that was a turn off. I'm so happy with Lex Brodies, the staff l, service and price (cheaper than Costco). I will definitely be a regular customer and recommend everyone to go there. Thank you for making it such an easy breezy process:)

New tires installed @Kaneohe Lex Brodie's on Malina Place. Called in @1430 hrs. for a 1545 appointment... done. They had the tires in stock, dropped off at the appointed time, (2) rear tires rotated to the front, (2) new rear tires mounted, 2 yr. alignment, picked up the car @1725. Ryan & Kyle... AA+++, done deal $583... Michelin Defenders 235/55R17 (BMW X3)

Lex Brodie's Kalihi location is my favorite. I have been a customer for many years. I have come back again and again because of the friendly customer service and honesty. I have confidence in the work they do and rely on their mechanics to keep my Jeep running well. That keeps me safe on the road. Junior has been a great help and I encourage others to ask for his help at the Kalihi location.
