Excellent service!

I left my car at about 2:00 on a Tuesday afternoon and the car was finally done at 6:40. It took a long time, but what's remarkable is that the staff worked well past the ending time (6:00 pm) to finish my car. I was happy that I didn't have to come back the following day. The time that I had to wait attests to the popularity of Lex Brodie's. I will be sure to come back to Lex Brodie the next time I need another tire, except earlier in the day.

This was the second time I went to Lex Brodie's and they did an excellent job just like last time. The people are very pleasant. I highly recommend them for great tire service!

A simple align, rotate and balance job turned into a 2 trip, 4+ hour nightmare! What should have been easy was botched big time by the staff at LB on Queen St. I scheduled the appt. for 11, dropped car off at 10:30, call at noon for status, wait until 1:15 for pick up, then discover that my car now vibrates on the freeway after pick up and pay! What!?!? Call- "sorry- come in first thing Saturday morning so we can fix, 7 am. Are you kidding me!? Great, I paid $90 buck for this headache.... Sat morning- go back in. They did take me right away, but only offered a very weak "gee we're sorry" and no discount. Turns out the person who did the work the first go round skipped the "balance" part of the deal!!! Sorry, but I would expect at least a 50% discount for a-- work! Very disappointing, will not be back.
