I've been bringing my vehicles to LB for years now and have always had nothing but 5 star service but this was the first time I was not satisfied with my service. Although my vehicle did take much longer than expected, I was satisfied with being provided a free rental car overnight so this was not a concern. The two items I did have a concern with were the price I was quoted and signed was not the same price I was charged when I picked up my vehicle. I don't have the paperwork in front of me right now but the final price was around $60 higher. I used the $249.99 brakes for life coupon but the price ended up being much higher. When I brought this up to the girl who rang me up, she looked into it and said it was because I needed different brake pads. I told her no one had called or attempted to call me to ask if this change was ok. She told me the girl who initially checked me in was off that day and so no one was available to call me. I was not satisfied with this excuse. Secondly, when I got in my car and started to drive away, I noticed on the floor of the passenger seat, it was full of dried leaves and rubbish perhaps from packaging for some of the parts installed. When I dropped my vehicle off, it was clean on the inside as I had just had it detailed the weekend prior. I would still bring my vehicle back to LB for service just because prior to this, I've always been very satisfied with my service so I'll give LB another chance.

They are always there to save the day! Last week I came in for an oil change and they did a full inspection on my car for free. I had a screw in my tire, which i why my tire had a slow leak. I replaced the tire and they polished my rims and tires. ALL four! not just the one they replaced. Then today, I heard this weird noise and guess what? My luck, I had another nail in my tire! I didn't even make an appointment, but just came in anyways. They were busy, but still fit me in to change my tire. Customer service is AWESOME! Real local and genuine! I don't know where I would be without this place... probably stuck on the side of the road! *knock on wood*

Car stuff is always stressful and annoying in my experience, and my tire repeatedly going flat last weekend was no different. Thankfully I was able to get my car over to Lex Brodie's to have my tire fixed before I completely lost my marbles! I had never been there before and was a bit confused about where to go and what to do (maybe I'm just easily confused?), but luckily Kevin spotted me (looking lost and overwhelmed no doubt), instructed me where to park my car, and got me checked in. I had to wait a couple hours, which I figured was understandable because I hadn't called ahead or anything, so I walked over to the nearby Uproll Cafe and got a nice lunch and did some work on my laptop. Kevin said it would be about 2.5 hours, but it actually was only 2, which was nice! All in all, a pain-free experience! I will definitely be going back (hopefully not for a while though!) if needed for other tire issues. Thanks Kevin and everyone at Lex Brodie's!

Had terrific customer service from Barney & Dolly when I went to get a safety check. Barney had noticed my radiator seal was leaking & informed me to keep an eye on that. I thought that was very considerate of him & appreciated him letting me know! They were efficient & courteous throughout my whole visit at the Queen st. location. Two thumbs up & 5 stars!
