The service advisor named Chone should have training on how to approach customers. He asked questions like I was there to ask a favor. May be he didn't know that he acted in a confrontational manner or that is his nature or he is very selective in his approach. It didn' t make me feel that I should trust him, so I could transact with Lex Brodies without any doubt that the service would be flawed. Since he is a member of the sales group, he should have not asked me a question, why I brought my car for brake inspection and I didn't want to do business. The question was unimaginable because free inspection is being advertised, and it creates customer value. I knew my car had a brake problem, and I wanted it fixed by a business I can trust. With his unsalesmanlike approach, the trust can not exist. Another instance was when he told me to pick up my car all of a sudden without explanation after I asked for some details and a military discount that is being offered.
