Very fast and easy! Workers were helpful and friendly. Needed to get a tire replacement due to damage. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. They do a really great job in communicating reminders and follow ups. They never gave me a hard time trying to oversell me additional services (compared to another business of which shall not be named.) Thank you to the workers for being so fast and efficient!

My son had a flat and I told him to go to the Pearl Ridge location as it was closest to us...I had prior commitments so he had to do this by himself. This was his first time getting something fixed by himself and the workers there helped him and got his tires replaced.

The service is always great -- everyone is very personable and I never feel like anyone is trying to "up-sell" me. In this case, I showed up with no appointment and a nail in my tire and from the time I called on the phone to see if I could bring my car in to the moment I picked it up to drive it home again, everyone was super friendly and helpful.

I have to say that I am so glad that I decided to come to Lex Brodie's. I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. The staff member was honest with me and did not push a service that was not required, unlike another shop that I recently visited. I've just moved to the area and will be making Lex Brodie's my go-to auto shop from now on.
