Thank you Lex Brodies Team for making my purchase of 4 new tires enjoyable. As we all know, having to purchase tires is not something we like to do. I had gone to another type of business to get the yearly inspection. They had told me I needed new tires before they can pass the inspection. This is the reason for going to Lex Brodies. All of your staff were polite and professional. The person who assisted me in my purchase was very knowledgeable about tires which helped me in choosing the right tires that fit my budget. Since Lex Brodies does state vehicle inspections, I was able to "kill two birds with one stone" which saved my time that I didn't have to go back to the other place to get the inspection. Thank you

Good service and atmosphere

my initial experience was not good. Vachelle was pleasant but did not provide me with estimates when promised and was not helpful in identifying the type of tire that was appropriate for my car. Scott was really good with email communication and advise and Barney who helped me when i brought in my care for new tires was excellent.

Repair was done and car ready faster than expected. I like the website. Customer service is great.
