Great folks at the front desk - knowledgeable, helpful and personable.

My front end started to shimmy in the low gears so I put it off as long as possible and when I finally took it to Lex Brodie's it turned out to need rotation, balance and alignment and I was out of there in 45 minutes and at the price quoted to me too, stoked!

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place deserves it. Worst service I have ever had for a car service. I made an appointment online the day before to have my flat tire patched, oil change & safety check... Checked in and took my keys. Service advisor didn't even give me a work authorization form, an estimated time or ask what kind of oil do I want to use in my car... I had to ask for an estimated price. Over 2 and a half hours later, he said work is completed, but told me he couldn't do my safety check because he lost my Registration and Insurance card! He said it might have blown in the wind! Then he told me I can come back after I get a replacement from Satellite City and he will reimburse me the $10 replacement fee! That's it?! You wasted my time and you want me to waste more time by going to the DMV, wait in line, drive back and wait again for them to do my safety check? Over 2 and a half hours to do some simple jobs and couldn't even complete it all. I expected a quick in and out. After receiving my keys and paying the cashier, the advisor came up to me and asked for my keys again because he didn't write down my car mileage. Why not take it down from the very beginning? I don't think Lex is an unprofessional company as I had above average experiences with them at other locations, but this particular location is totally unprofessional and I don't recommend them to anyone. Unless you want to waste your time, be inconvenienced or some wanderer to get a hold of your address and VIN number from your registration being blown in the wind.

I've had so many major repairs done to my car that every little creak or clank gets me worried so when the car started to wobble in the low gears I just assumed it was something major and put it off till I finally decided to take it in and all it needed was wheel alignment and balancing and they did it in 45 minutes too! I had to take this corner at high speed and my car handled like the old days, stoked!!! I like how they didn't pressure me with other things that need changing like other places also.

They got me in right away, explained everything well, and were reasonably priced. No problems at all.

Service personnel are very courteous and helpful. I have used Lex in the past and have never had a bad experience.
