great service as always, but had to aloong time for service.

While thanking me profusely, this experience with the Kalihi and then Kane'ohe stores left me lukewarm.

After having my tire popped by a pothole for the very first time, I was very unsure and skeptical about where I was going to get it replaced. I called around, and no one seemed to carry the type of tire I initially had on my BMW. After seeing a lex Brodie commercial, and realizing they carried the brand I was looking for I figured I give them a try. Not only did they have they exact tire I needed, but the pricing beat all of the other places I've called. And there is a Kaneohe location, which made it more convinient being I live on the windward side. I explained to the receptionist my work schedule and they were able to fit me in immediately. Took my rim and tire to them in the morning, and picked it up after work. And wa lah... Now my cars back on the road. Thank you so much lex Brodie!

Great service every time.

The employees were very professional and polite and apologetic. However, I had an appointment to replace my front tires and get a wheel alignment. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours but waited nearly 2 hours before they replaced my tires. I had to reschedule my wheel alignment because it would have been another 2 hour wait.

I always feel happy, more relaxed, and safer leaving lex brodies. Everyone is so friendly and helpful every time.
