Car stuff is always stressful and annoying in my experience, and my tire repeatedly going flat last weekend was no different. Thankfully I was able to get my car over to Lex Brodie's to have my tire fixed before I completely lost my marbles! I had never been there before and was a bit confused about where to go and what to do (maybe I'm just easily confused?), but luckily Kevin spotted me (looking lost and overwhelmed no doubt), instructed me where to park my car, and got me checked in. I had to wait a couple hours, which I figured was understandable because I hadn't called ahead or anything, so I walked over to the nearby Uproll Cafe and got a nice lunch and did some work on my laptop. Kevin said it would be about 2.5 hours, but it actually was only 2, which was nice! All in all, a pain-free experience! I will definitely be going back (hopefully not for a while though!) if needed for other tire issues. Thanks Kevin and everyone at Lex Brodie's!

Had terrific customer service from Barney & Dolly when I went to get a safety check. Barney had noticed my radiator seal was leaking & informed me to keep an eye on that. I thought that was very considerate of him & appreciated him letting me know! They were efficient & courteous throughout my whole visit at the Queen st. location. Two thumbs up & 5 stars!

Thank you Chelsea at the desk for the great customer service. Everyone at Lex Brodie's Pearlridge is friendly and i was very satisfied with the service and work done on my truck. This was my third or fourth time going there and I would definitely go back if i needed to.

I had my first experience working with Leialoha at the Aiea store today and it was wonderful! I knew my daughter needed new tires for her Jeep and told Leialoha to provide me with a recommendation. After carefully inspecting all tires, Leialoha determined two tires were needed, but two were still in good shape. Her professionalism in explaining what needed to be done and a recommendation for an alignment to save the wear and tear on all tires was given honestly, but with no pressure. It was so pleasant to have a female to work with in a field that consists of mostly men. I will go back and recommend anyone that needs new tires to go meet Leialoha. The cashier was also helpful in letting me know about a special promotion that gave me triple points with my credit card! Great Experience!!
