Outstanding service on the phone, in changing my dead battery, and in processing all the paperwork. I called only 5 minutes before I drove in; my battery was changed in 10 minutes; and the paperwork was done and I was driving off in another 5 minutes. Thank you very much.

This was my first time at Lex Brodie"s. I previously used to to go my dealer at JNMazda but my last visit there was extremely expensive and they did not do the necessary job that I paid for. Needless to say I was not at all happy and was not sure where I was going to go the next time my car required service. I yelped Lex Brodie and spoke to several friends and the recommendations were all positive. The personnel at the Honolulu station were very helpful and courteous and I am very happy with the work performed. And the cost was very reasonable too. I will definitely be back the next time my car requires servicing.

Got my appointment on line for the date and time I needed. Received two e-mail notices so I didn't forget. Also received a phone call wherein I explained my needs. The caller answered all of my questions without problems and checked to be sure the tires I wanted were in stock. The day of the appointment, I got checked in very quickly despite the shop being extremely busy. Got my car back with four new tires and an alignment one hour sooner than the estimated time frame provided to me before I left. You cannot improve upon the service.

Brought car in for alignment and tire re-balance...alignment and balance were both worse afterwards. Had to return a few days later for rework. No one apologizes or seems too concerned about wasting the customers time? Difficult to get anybody's attention/help checking in and out

They opened at 9AM, got there around 8:45 and they were already working on cars. Waited about and hour before they worked on my flat tire and it was repaired in about 10-15 minutes. Price to repair the tire was fair, plus they gave me a 5% discount for wearing a shirt or hat with a UH logo on it.

The gentleman who helped me was very helpful! In 10 minutes, he already replaced the headlight. Excellent service every time!
