I originally went to get a free safety check from Pacific Honda and they told me my rear shocks were leaking and they couldn't pass my safety inspection unless I fixed it. Pacific Honda quoted me $690 to fix my shocks and Lex Brodies quoted me less than half that! I took my car to Lex Brodies and even told them in advance that I'd be willing to fix them if they needed so it's ok if they conclude that replacement was warranted. They inspected my rear shocks for me and concluded my rear shocks were fine and not leaking.They did my safety check and I felt they saved me a lot of time and money. I will continue to take my car to Lex Brodies and will never trust Pacific Honda again. Thanks for the excellent service and value!

Very timely completion of work to correct problem.

Pretty good service, just a little later than appointment time. I'm not sure how costs for parts/labor needed to pass a safety check are usually billed, but I just received a bill at the end for a part I needed replaced. I didn't receive prior notice that I would need that part or how much it would cost. Would've been nice to have some notice.

Very satisfied with the work quality, not entirely happy with the amount of work. I think the salesman tried to add on more service than necessary.

Lex Brodies team exceeded my expectations for oil change & tire rotation. Finished 15min earlier than expected with courteous & kind service. Waiting room w fresh coffee within view of my car. I could see someone was constantly working on my vehicle to get a rush job done.
