The Lex Brodie team is great...from Sione to all the girls. Always get informed and timely info, excellent service, and the best prices on tires. And when I had a brake problem in October--and, of course, I couldn't get an appt with Toyota--they took me that very day and checked it out for free! That's why I've been a long time customer.

Friendly and efficient!!! They did my Safety Check on a Sunday and I was a walk in on the last day of the month. Location convenient, I had to wait an hour, although they had a nice AC waiting area, it was a 5-10 minute walk to the nearby center where they have a Starbucks, Jamba Juice and several dinning/shopping options. Got a call when the inspection was done. Quick, easy and the staff was great!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Safety inspection was done in reasonable time considering the number of cars waiting to be checked and me without an appointment. Lex Brodies is willing to do the service even without an appointment, unlike the many shops I went to prior and was turned away even though they don't have any customers, like the Jiffy Lube on Punchbowl. Lex Brodies staff is professional and knowledgeable.

This was our first experience with Lex Brodie. They had the tire for my 2007 Honda Fit in stock and were able to schedule me the next morning. The staff was prompt, efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very happy to have found them. It took less than an hour for them to change my spare to my new tire, while I enjoyed a hot cup of coffee and read the paper in their air conditioned lounge. Watched the morning news and was out of the lot in time for my 8:30A meeting. I was at Costco the previous night, in an office that smelled like rubber tires, no air conditioning, a line of unhappy people waiting for service; being told that my tire was not in stock and it would take 2-3 weeks --- after waiting in line for 20 minutes! We used to go to Costco because we thought the cost savings were worth it....the difference is less than $20; the cost of 2 plate lunches????? Like First Hawaiian Bank, Lex Brodie is the tire showroom that says YES (we have your tire); like MasterCard having Lex Brodie's do your servicing is priceless!

Called for safety check as expired in couple days. No appointments available in time. Was told could just come down on Saturday as walk in and it would take about hour and a half. Went down and it took only about 30 minutes. Very happy with service.

Another AWESOME experience with Lex Brodies!!! :0) Needed a safety check. (Expired yesterday) tried making appointments with them late last week, but they were booked solid!!! Even walk ins! Decided to try my luck anyway today, since I'm expired. Got friendly help immediately, when i walked in. Was informed they were booked up, and couldn't take walk ins either. When i told them i expired yesterday, he re checked the schedule to fit me in as a walk in. Told me they could finish in about two hours. They were already slammed with work, but knew he did his best to fit me in! They were able to finish my check, three hours later, but, i was fine with it. Their lounge area was clean and air conditioned, with a tv going, and free, hot coffee. Bathroom was also very clean. I found out later, there were three guys working their very first day today, and on a very busy day too!!! Everyone was very friendly and professional as usual! Another awesome experience with Lex Brodies!!! :0)

Great customer service!

Was able to make an appointment for brakes the next day. They were done in 2 hours and the location couldn't be more convenient!

I towed my car to them to fix my flat. They were very nice on the phone, I spoke with Cooper twice. The service only took 1.5 hours with no appointment and I wasn't charged a penny! They couldn't find a whole so they filled it with air and I was on my way! When I was about to leave a worker stopped me saying he meant to fill air into all my tires. Made my day :)
