It's always hectic when checking in - talking to other employees, checking other people in, answering phone calls, lots of yelling, etc. so I think trying to organize that process would be good. The sales person/mechanic was friendly the only thing is that I didn't have my insurance card for my safety check and you all don't allow verifying it online so now I have to return to the shop with it. It was just one of those things that it's missing from the car; with technology today verifying it online should be an option.
