This my second repair done here. Leimomi took the time to explain what needed to be done and what the approximate estimates were. She's is professional, courteous and exhibited concern for me and my vehicle. It's a pleasure to have met her. Other staff members such as Mandee and mechanic also were very caring and explained mechanical and safety issues for my repair. I will definitely continue with business with Lex Brodies'.

While changing four tires the workers accidentally stripped two of my security lug nut(s) while destroying the security lug nut key. Rather than covering it up or using a scapegoat, they took responsibility. Honor and humility are rare traits in people today, especially here in Ohau. Thank you.

The staff helped me with my annual safety check. The total experience from the time I scheduled the appointment to the time my car was finished was top notch and professional. And I used the time in the customer lounge to catch up on a few items. No excitement, no drama. In a little while, I was all set and on my way.

I couldn't be happier with the service. My tires were put on in a very timely manner and, rather than having to wait in the waiting room, I was given a Hertz rental car so I could go home and relax until they were done. I was treated with friendliness and respect and everything was just perfect. Better than I had any right to expect. So I will return Lex Brodie's usual slogan "Thank you...very much."

Have not come to Waipahu location in years and, surprise service still excellent. Will continue to make this my go to location.
