The online scheduling is great. The confirmation email with the $10 coupon is even better! But when I dropped off my car, I didn't get the feeling the service rep was really listening to my description of the problem. She just kept saying "ok" but didn't write any of it down so the mechanic would know. It's been a week since I took my car in. So far so good, but I'm not all that confident the problem was really addressed. When I picked up my car, the 3 women at the desk just continued to stare at their computers and ignored me. I stood there probably 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. A simple "I'll be right with you" would've left me feeling better about the experience.
