I have been using Lex Brodies for over 30 years. In addition to my tire needs, also for brake services and new batteries. They have always done excellent service with reasonable prices.

Appts for 2 cars, safety check and oil change were scheduled at 11:30. Wait time, almost 4 hours. I didn't expect this to happen because 2 weeks prior, it took a little over an hour only for change oil on my van. What's the appointment time for? My schedule for the rest of the day had to be reset. What a waste of time. I was very disappointed.

Salesperson, BGG, was great. He explained to me that since I drove so few miles and the last oil/filter change used synthetic oil, I didn't need an oil/filter change. The mechanic did an AAA 40 point inspection with the AAA coupon at no charge. BGG pointed out the valve cover gasket which needs to be replace in the future. The only problem was that the invoice failed to note that the tires were rotated which was confirmed by email.

Very efficient service. I called to find out how long it would take them to fix my flat tire, and they said one hour max. I drove down, and they took excellent care of me and my car. They showed me what was wrong with the tire (2 big holes in the sidewall), and showed me the various options to replace it. And they charged about what I expected for it, which always makes me happy.
Great service, and great employees.
