I went in for a routine tire patch. I ended up waiting over a 1 hour and 30mins, given there were 3 people in front. The customer service rep was very helpful and friendly and kept checking up on me. However when I went to the desk I saw 2 employees just standing around my car, the customer service rep asked them what were they doing on the PA. They continued to talk to each other until the rep went outside and asked what was going on. They still continued to talk, eventually they cleaned up and returned the car to the front. I had an appointment to get to and was now running late. Based on what I saw the treatment of the customer was not exactly satisfactory for a routine tire fix. I noticed my tire valve was not place back on, so now I'm running an off color cap that does not match my rims. The other tires did not have the same consistent PSI as my other tires, would have appreciated if they could have filled my tires to a even level, but that's expecting too much from this place. The PSI on the repaired tire was 40. 8 above what the sticker says on my drivers door sticker. Very unsatisfactory service. Would I come back? If all the other shops on the island just so happen to close down. Then yes.
