They did a great job. I loved the texts to keep me informed as well as the phone calls. They were done early and work was good. My car had to be towed there and they got to it asap. They are efficient and effective. I will continue going there for my tire needs.

I went to Lex Brodie's for a safety check and my car was accepted on time for my appointment and done in a half an hour. I waited in the very comfortable waiting room until I received the call to tell me that my car was ready. Then my car was brought to me. Professional, efficient, comfortable, nd very friendly. That's what I like about Lex Brodie!

Great customer service. My wife's car got a flat. Called several places, Lex was the only place with tires in stock and able to service the car that same day. The lady on the phone and the office were friendly and knowledgeable. Competitive prices as well. Will definitely go back.

Service was fast, professional, convenient. I scheduled online the day before and arrived on time. There was a small mixup at the counter with the tires I ordered vs the ones that were in stock- this was later resolved with a followup phone call because another staff member had ordered them the day before and it turns out they arrived later in the morning. She checked me out later in the day and discussed the issue, didn't catch her name but initials were KBR- very helpful and professional. Streamlined process, pleasant staff, I recommend!
