I'm far from knowledgeable about cars. I'm that lame girl whose like that light is on - idk what to do. So thank god for Lex Brodie's. I've always had a great experience there. I've never had any major car work done, its usually tire related or oil change but they get work done fast! Last week I needed a new tire replacement so I brought it around 5, 30 minutes later they called me telling me it was done. And I didn't have an appointment. Pretty good if you ask me. I've also left my car overnight with no problems so if you live downtown like I do, you can definitely leave it right before work ends and then pick it up the next morning. Thanks Lex Brodie's!!

We had a nail on my tire and came in 10 min. before closing. They serviced right away even though it was almost closing time. We appreciate their diligence and professionalism.

The sales associate Maile Otis was simply wonderful and totally made my morning with her cheerful yet professional attitude. This was my first time coming here and she made my visit fast and efficient, while making me feel like Ive been coming here for years. Lex Brodies has an impeccable reputation for quality service. So I had a blow out a week ago and decided it was time to get all new tires on my daily driver. I also had a set of TOYO R1Rs Lex Brodies brought in special that needed mounting for my SCCA project vehicle. I made an appointment and was an hour late. The friendly staff helped me to sign in and I waited in their air conditioned waiting room where there is free WIFI that helped pass the time. In less than an hour I was called in by manager Lilo that my daily driver was finished so I could attend a meeting and I came back after my meeting to pick up my other set of wheels. They even inspected by brakes and told me it is in need of change. Getting that information was helpful instead of waiting till you hear grinding noises. When I drove off I noticed an immediate positive road feel. Lilo and the staff are all very friendly and go the step further to accommodate their customers needs. I highly recommend Lex Brodies.

Customer service in Kaneohe was great. However, I set up the appointment at the Queen Street location and I was assured that the tires would be available at Kaneohe and they were not.
