Had a slow leaking tire for weeks and brought to have checked out. Approached by very friendly sales associate and was told they could have it checked in an hour. One hour on the minute received call that problem was diagnosed and tire was fixed at no charge. In Hawaii where NOTHING is free, this just restored my faith in corporations and honest business practice. Speechless and more than appreciative. Thank you Lex Brodies.

I love Lex Brodie and have always found the people there honest and patient when I have questions.. great customer service .. I had a bad experience with the car dealer and felt like I was getting ripped off so I did check with Lex Brodie , i value their opinion...and to know the employees do not work on commission is refreshing... always nice to be able to make an appointment on line.... mahalo..

Dropped my car off early in the morning and was told I would be called when it was complete. By 5 pm I had not received a call. I went to Lex Brodies to pick up my car, and they did not have the paper work ready and could not find the keys to my car until they called the mechanic who worked on the car.

Brought my vehicle for an oil change and the tech found my right rear brake pad needed replacing. They later discovered that my right rear axle was leaking. Completed the oil change and pad replacement ahead of schedule. Rather than try to repair the leak they suggested I take my vehicle to the dealer for the repair. I was bummed that they couldn't do the leak repair but glad they were up front and honest with me. Couldn't be any happier with their 5 star service!

Excellent service

Good service, though I recommend leaving the car if you are able, rather than waiting. Chelsea gives great service and really took care of me. Five new BFG KO2s perfectly balanced and for a really good price! Even wrapped my old tires in plastic so I could transport them back home.

Gonna change this to a three rather than two stars. After thinking about, while I am still disappointed about them not offering to fix the issue for me since they had to do the alignment and rotated my tires anyway. They did give a suggestion on what to check, and I was able to resolve the issue in a few hours the next day on my own. While I certainly appreciate the response I got back on my review, it doesn't change my disappointment on this particular visit. I will be back again for sure because over all, as I mentioned before my experience at this Lex Brodie's has always been great.
