Samson and his team were terrific. After getting the runaround at Costco we headed over to Lex Brodie. They were amazingly accommodating and got us in immediately. Efficient, friendly, I really can’t say enough. A great option if you need tire or brake help.

This experience was horrible. I waited in line for 1 hour because I called ahead for an oil change and tire rotation and they told me I could do a walk in. When I got to the counter they said they could only do an oil change, no tire rotation. They wanted to schedule the tire rotation for another day which would cost additional plus they said I’d have to wait in line again for that. I’m so frustrated I didn’t even stay for the oil change I will not be coming here again.

Once again the professionals of Lex Brodie demonstrate why they are the best on Island for your auto care needs. Scheduled an appointment for routine oil change and to check engine lights. Was met by Rylander - an incredible professional - friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Jeep was expertly dealt. Rylander met with me and discussed in detail the work completed and recommendations for "dealer level" repairs that are need. Every encounter with the Lex Brodie Team in Honolulu (Queen St) location - always treated with professionalism and efficiency. The entire staff at this location represent and deliver with Aloha!
