I recently had a car battery replaced that was under warranty at Windward Dodge. After a few months the service engine light came on and I was told by Firestone on base that the battery had gone bad. I went back to Windward Dodge and explained that the battery had gone bad after less than one year, the service department at Windward Dodge said I was out of warranty and basically there was nothing they could do. I was more upset by the way I was treated by the service department than anything. Their customer service department was just plain rude! I brought the Vehicle to Lex Brodie to have them replace the battery. Their service department, which is always friendly looked at that battery and found it was just not tighten down. Instead of telling me the battery was bad and charging me 150.00, they tighten down the battery and charged me nothing. I could not ask for better service. Although I did not have to pay for this service, Lex Brodie is where I will always go from now on because I trust them. I am surprised more businesses do not comprehend this concept.
