Great service

I recently had a car battery replaced that was under warranty at Windward Dodge. After a few months the service engine light came on and I was told by Firestone on base that the battery had gone bad. I went back to Windward Dodge and explained that the battery had gone bad after less than one year, the service department at Windward Dodge said I was out of warranty and basically there was nothing they could do. I was more upset by the way I was treated by the service department than anything. Their customer service department was just plain rude! I brought the Vehicle to Lex Brodie to have them replace the battery. Their service department, which is always friendly looked at that battery and found it was just not tighten down. Instead of telling me the battery was bad and charging me 150.00, they tighten down the battery and charged me nothing. I could not ask for better service. Although I did not have to pay for this service, Lex Brodie is where I will always go from now on because I trust them. I am surprised more businesses do not comprehend this concept.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The job got done quickly and I felt the team did there best to get the problem fixed in the most economical way, which I appreciated.

Courteous, professional and friendly service. Explained needed services in everyday common people language without making you feel dumb. Appreciated that all the possible discounts that I qualified for was added to my invoice. Liked the fact that I could drop off my car before work and pick up my car after work. Answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Thank you so very much.

I went in for a slow leak tire problem and the repair was fixed within 1 hour without any charges. Just great service you don't see these days! I will certainly return for other service needs at Lex Bordies. Thanks!

I went to another national tire place first and sat in the cat for 5 minutes and no one came. I left and went to Lex B. And was greeted in less than a minute. Told attendant what I needed and he made recommendations. Car was completed on time.
