Great service and staff

I had my 2012 Jeep Compass brakes checked at the store. They assured me that my brakes were fine and the noise I was hearing was caused by the wheel bearings. The following week I took my car to have the bearings replaced. When they removed the wheels, they informed me that my brakes were worn metal to metal. My drums had to be resurfaced due to the scoring caused by the worn brake shoes. I assure you that I will not visit your store and I will inform other about my experience.

Here's a great example of customer service. I was waiting for them to do the alignment on my vehicle. There was 1 other car before me. But I was in kind of a hurry and the other car's driver left the car and would be back later in the day to pick it up. So they took my car 1st, and had the car finished in about 15 minutes. That was so thoughtful of them. They did not make me wait about 30-40 minutes, instead was able to complete my job in 10. Keep up the great work.

Great service. Started and finished right on time!

Appointment on 2/16 1pm for tire rotation and alignment Waited till 230pm and was told that the two front tires had to be changed. Unable to wait so I left Made another appointment for 2/24 at 830am for two new tires and alignment. Did not wait but was told that it should be finished by 1030am Came back at 11am and the two tires was changed but alignment was not finished came back at 1130am was told that the front end joints was as no good so could not do alignment My complaint is the communication on the timing was so off.

Great friendly service. Safety check, oil change, and cooling system flush done with no hassles and the car was ready to go when I went to pick it up.

It took the exact time that they quoted to me.
