I always go to Lex Brodie's and never had any complaints. They always try to help me out & are very considerate. Since I'm a college student they try to suggest services in price range compared to other places that just try to suck money out of you.

Waited about two hours to have my brakes checked on a walk-in basis. This is understandable due to volume of business. At the end of two hours, I got an invoice for $0, this was great. However, the invoice didn't have any information about the status of my brakes; if I hadn't been standing at the counter, I wouldn't have had any idea that my front brakes were down to 1mm lining, and that the back brakes were shot. The lady at the counter went right on to the next customer after handing me the invoice.

Got alignment done. Everything is within spec to get my recon.

It was a really great experience. I had to replace a tire and they took care of me easily. The prices are quite low which is really great as well.

Lex Brodie's did a good assessment with the air conditioner and fixed the problem before the estimated time. There was a shortage of staff but they were efficient and pleasant.
