Great service! I was so surprised that this location was open on Sunday! The staff was extremely friendly, answered all my questions & did a great job! I booked a same day appt for an oil change & a reverse light repair. They went the extra mile to rotate my tires & check the air too since I had purchased my tires there 2 years ago. I'll definitely be back!

I called to just get me ac refrigerate drained so I can change my ac compressor these idiots wouldn't do they said unless they can drain it and and refill it at the same time they couldn't do it what good mechanics they must be that defeats my whole purpose.

I like the recent feature that allows you to make online appointments. Service was timely and staff was really friendly and helpful even though it's always busy there.

I needed a routine oil change and decided to give Lex Brodie's a call. I called to schedule an appointment a week in advance and received helpful text and email reminders the day before and morning of my appointment date. I parked my car in one of their empty stalls and immediately received assistance. Once I got checked in, I decided to hang around in their waiting area that is air conditioned (yay!) has free wifi, complimentary coffee and a big screen T.V playing some ESPN. My total wait time - 2 hours for oil change, free tire alignment and more knowledge than I'll ever need on NFL players and their stats. Check out Lex Brodie's website for coupons to save on your bill. I wore my UH t-shirt and received 5% off. Be sure to remind the staff that you have a coupon, are a Yelper or are indeed wearing UH gear as they may not credit you, especially if they are super busy. Great service mixed with the added savings makes for a thumbs up experience.

Called in the morning and the cheerful service person accomodated me with a 1 pm tire rotation and alignment check appointment. On a Friday, no less, I arrived a bit early and immediately my car was on the hoist for rotation. 40 minutes later I was informed my car was ready! As part of my new tire purchase warranty, there was no charge for the service. Just can't beat that!
