The sales associate Maile Otis was simply wonderful and totally made my morning with her cheerful yet professional attitude. This was my first time coming here and she made my visit fast and efficient, while making me feel like Ive been coming here for years. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this location whenever I need to service my car and I will be highly recommending it to all my friends and family.

Lex Brodies has an impeccable reputation for quality service. So I had a blow out a week ago and decided it was time to get all new tires on my daily driver. I also had a set of TOYO R1Rs Lex Brodies brought in special that needed mounting for my SCCA project vehicle. I made an appointment and was an hour late. The friendly staff helped me to sign in and I waited in their air conditioned waiting room where there is free WIFI that helped pass the time. In less than an hour I was called in by manager Lilo that my daily driver was finished so I could attend a meeting and I came back after my meeting to pick up my other set of wheels. They even inspected by brakes and told me it is in need of change. Getting that information was helpful instead of waiting till you hear grinding noises. When I drove off I noticed an immediate positive road feel. Lilo and the staff are all very friendly and go the step further to accommodate their customers needs. I highly recommend Lex Brodies.

Great customer service! The manager was very thorough and was able to answer all my questions and more. I have brought my car here 3 times and this time is by far the best experience yet.

Customer service in Kaneohe was great. However, I set up the appointment at the Queen Street location and I was assured that the tires would be available at Kaneohe and they were not.

Aloha, I wanted to commend Lex Brodie's on the excellent service they gave me as I took my car for the first time to have tires put on. I have always seen their commercials and so I decided to try it out and I love it. Every sales person walked by had asked if I needed help and Vachelle was awesome from answering my questions over the phone to dropping off my car. Even the mechanics walking by was very cordial. Mahalo to Lex Brodie's team for great service.

Wait time seemed excessive as did the shop time to perform the work (very expensive for small repair.) No one seemed to know what was going on. Had to chase down folks to see what was going on and folks didn't know what I was there for even though I had called in and set up an appointment. They even had the wrong car in the computer. Usually get a much better feeling at Lex Brodies. This time - not so much. The repair was successful, so there's that.

Receptionist was very polite and kind, explained everything well enough to understand.
