I bought a set of 4 new tires about 6 months ago. And they were true to their service warranty and repaired a nail puncture. The service was friendly, prompt, and done well. I am customer for life.

I took my truck in to check on a nasty exhaust smell coming into the cab. They diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a leaky valve cover gasket. The guys had it fixed in no time & I was on my way! I've been here twice & both times the service was awesome! Thanks guys!

Employees were patient with me. They even gave me the stats every so often regarding my tire installation. I really enjoyed having my tires installed here (Waipahu) location and was totally satisfied overall. Thanks Lex Brodie or should I say "Thank you very much"!

Update from my 2/26 review: Front left brake was 2.5mm (not 1mm as stated on the work order); right front and back brake pads were good, stated on work order that back right was scraping and would have to be rebuilt. Only damage was slight wear on back left rotor from metal on metal (about a 1/2 inch spot on the brake pad for about a day, not enough to require the rotor to be turned. Now I understand why they don't let you keep the shop copy of the work order. I don't believe the vehicle was even checked. I replaced the pads myself for about $50, front and back. I would not return to this store.

Salesman was very knowledgeable about the various tires that would fit our needs. And, the care with which he listened to what we wanted resulted in our purchase of much needed tires and alignment including the lifetime care package. Mahalo for the excellent service!

Just in case, I called first to see if they had my battery in stock... Yes! Great, is it possible to have it installed today, Sunday afternoon? Yes! Upon arrival I was greeted by very attentive customer oriented employees. After a brief check-in, I barely settled into the waiting area, had a cup of coffee, and surprisingly, I was being called to come pick up my completed Jeep! Mahalo for the quick and efficient service!
