Excellent experience from the moment we made the appointment to have 4 tires replaced. Upon arrival, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Service was prompt and completed in the timeframe promised. Cooper was terrific to work with. Thank you for a great experience!

Good Service. Came in for some wobbling while braking. Rotors were uneven and rack and pinion was bad. (Already knew about that) so had it changed out. Apparently rotors were covered under the forever warranty job I did on my brakes in 2014, and was repaired at no cost. Did not even remember about it but Chelsea pointed it out when looking up my info. I was impressed that the warranty process wasn't like pulling teeth like other warranties I have tried to repair with (like my washer). I guess in this instance Lex Brodie's lives up to its word and I'm glad.

Not pleased at all re the service & the bill was so much more than I expected or felt reasonable. My last 2 visits I have not been satisfied at all with the service or the fees charged. I've brought my car regularly for years but am considering other places of service .

Excellent Service effort from start to finish. I really appreciated the time and effort to assist me with my car repair concerns. The shop was very busy and everyone wanted individualized attention to their concerns and the staff persistently delivered in spite of the it being a very busy day. I have yet to be disappointed in coming here.

Outstanding service - a bit of a wait, but all that indicates is that people like outstanding service and frequent establishments that offer them outstanding service.

Great product. Overall service was good. I was given a projected time of 2 hours for new tires, alignment check, and oil change. At the 2 hour mark, I was told it was "almost finished". After seeing the vehicle on the oil change rack for more than 30 minutes, I went outside to see that they were just beginning the oil change. In all, it took more 3 hours.
