Overall, service and staff interactions were very good, but it did take more time than it should have (2+ hours to check a low tire...).

***** My car was shimming really bad.. so took her in for that. Cooper assessed that my tires were also badly needing changing. (It's been at least 8 - 9 years.) Gave me all the options and sales... left her for about 2 1/2 hrs.. walked home, walked back, it was done! YAY! She rides MUCH SMOOTHER AND YOU CAN FEEL THE GRIP! um... now something wrong with my battery or something else.. that's another saga and issue..

Great svc and help

I went in for a routine tire patch. I ended up waiting 1 hour and 30mins, given there were 3 people in front. The customer service rep was very helpful and friendly. However when I went to the desk I saw 2 mechanics just standing around my car, the customer service rep asked them what were they doing on the PA. They continued to talk To each other until the rep went outside and asked what was going on. They still continued to talk, eventually they cleaned up and returned the car to the front. I wouldn't be writing this review but I had an appointment to get to. Based on what I saw the treatment of the customer was not satisfactory for a routine tire fix.

I called to set up an appointment for a safety check, oil change and tire rotation. When u arrived, I was told that they couldn't do a safety check on a Sunday, which was frustrating because that was one of the reasons I had said over the phone, but went ahead with the oil change and rotation anyway since I was there. Since I needed the check by the end of the month, I scheduled my safety check for the next day at the Lex Brodie's on Queen street. When I was called to pick up my car, the guy said I could use a new air filter, but didn't mention anything pressing. The next day, I am getting my safety check, and I learn that my hood won't close and my battery is just bouncing around, spilling acid everywhere! If it had jumped wrong, my engine could have caught on fire, according to the mechanic at the Queen St location. I cannot believe I was allowed to drive away! Needless to say, I'm extremely upset that the issues which are bad enough to prevent passing the safety check were not brought to my attention, let alone resolved. I will never go to this location again, and I'm finding it hard to trust the Lex Brodie's brand entirely.
