My appointment was scheduled for 12:30pm my car was placed on rack at 1:30 pm. All I needed was to have 1 tire repaired. The service tech was taking some time to inspect my tires, so I walked out to tell him which tire to fix. He explained that he was inspecting my tires to see if I need to get new tires. I explained that my tires looks great and I purchased it from you and I have it rotated regularly . He said he still needs to get his managers approval. They finally said they would repair it. This took about total close to 2 hours. I really feel sad for the weak and elderly people that have to be subjected to high pressure sales. I will seriously think twice about making my next purchase at your business.
